Hermes Vanliefde and Peter Laloo, the young ambitious men behind Rock Fort, do not like half-hearted attempts or watered-down versions of culinary creations. They resolutely set their own rocking culinary course and present innovative dishes with a sharp edge. Just a bit more dangerous than traditional cuisine.
