The Teatro Calderón, named after the playwright Pedro Calderón de la Barca, is Valladolid’s main theatre and concert hall. It has a lively programme of plays, jazz, opera and flamenco. It also hosts Seminci, the Semana Internacional de Cine de Valladolid (the International Film Festival of Valladolid).
